Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Voluntary Data Publication

By activating your Emergency ID, you voluntarily publish personal and medical information. You control which fields are publicly visible, PIN-protected, or private. ScubaID is a technology platform that enables you to share this information — we do not collect, verify, or assume responsibility for its accuracy.

2. No Medical Advice

ScubaID is not a medical provider. Information displayed on emergency profiles is provided "as-is" for informational purposes only. ScubaID accepts no liability for any medical decisions made based on information displayed on emergency profiles. Always contact emergency services (112 / 999 / 911) in an emergency.

3. Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information in your profile. ScubaID does not verify any information you submit.

4. Free Tier

The free tier includes one profile and full emergency profile functionality. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but your free tier access will always remain available.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Deletion permanently removes all your profiles, tags, and scan history.

6. Limitation of Liability

ScubaID is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScubaID shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
